    Very happy with this WOD! 80lbs was my old PR and I was able to do the weight in a WOD and nailed it no problem...YAY!!!

  3. Claire - 45# was heaviest I did. And it was really hard for me. Still trying to get this snatch down and wrist recovered... Glad to work on this though!
