ReplyDeleteGood WOD...killed my hips but thats the point right?!? I know I could have gone heavier...will have to try this one again at a different weight.

ReplyDeleteThe snatch weight was too light, I could have done more. But my hips were gone after the first round. Burpee box jumps are terrible!! They never get easier.
