      5 Power Cleans (185lbs/ 115lbs) *no drop

    Totally wasted today...my body was definitely not ready to workout. I needed another day off. Got through it, but it took me forever and at a light weight...hope to never see this WOD again!!!

    My body was no where near ready to workout yet after the 2 WODs we did this last weekend. And more pullups.. I almost cried.
    I did jumping pull ups, 20" box pistols and 85# cleans.
