All I can say is Holy Hell, this was rough. Just when you think that you are getting better at this Crossfit thing along comes a WOD to destroy every thought that you had of being fit!!! I gave the option to sub down the reps as the crew's hands and body's were pretty battered from the volume of the mainsite WODs. Danyelle did awesome! After only starting to get full pull ups a few weeks ago she decided to man it and do all 100 pull ups Rx'd. CRAZY!!!! Here is how it went down!
