Peanut- 99 repsfirst time doing 2 fer 1 wallballs...they pretty much suck and i felt so uncoordinated...did 6lbs and knee pushups.This was an awesome WOD! my shoulders were D-E-A-D after this one!
Claire - 94 repsLots of subs for me because of my back. Used a 20# KB, 12# wall ball and did regular wall ball to a 20' box (which majorly sucked btw). Knee push ups.. but after the burpees I could barely push myself up. And the wall walk sub of just walking up the wall and coming back down. Those KILLED my shoulders after all the other stuff. BUT I loved this WOD. Lots of different things going on. Rest to help keep up intensity. Good one! :)
