    Running is not my forte...hard warmups for me with all the running. 3 min straight of pushups and situps were hard. Good WOD!

    HR push ups from my knees.. HARD!
    Bent over row at 75#. Was super hard after the push ups, I didn't think that would feel that heavy.
    Sit ups..
    Hand stand pike walk sub. Shoulders and arms were dead by this point.
    Good WOD, perfect for this day after Thursday and Saturdays killers.
