Peanut- 6:24 (45lbs, 14lbs)We haven't done OHS in a while so it was nice to see them come up on the board...but i always struggle with wallballs. It was still a great WOD!
Claire - 7:30 17#, 14#Haven't done OHS in SO long. I do love them but today wasn't my day. Something up with my wrist and I couldn't put any weight on it. It's ok.. cuz 14# wallballs SUCKED!:)
