warm up

12 minute AMRAP of:
5 Hang Power Cleans @ (185lbs/120lbs)
7 Ring Dips

    I dont know what was harder...the actual WOD or the warm up!!! The tabata squats were a pretty damn good warm up...i was ready to call it a day after those!
    We hardly ever do hang cleans since we always take our cleans from the ground, but today's WOD was a GREAT grip killer...having to hold the bar in our hands for those 5 reps of the hang cleans...then to grab the rings or bars for dips...and to top it off with toes to bar was definitely brutal! but as was another good WOD!

    Hang cleans are HARD. We haven't done them in a while and I was surprised at how much weaker I was than in a power clean. 95# was a good weight for me in this wod though. I never thought push ups would be the easy part of a wod for me. Toes 2 Bar sucked on the hands as always, and I am so slow at them. BUT yes.. still a good WOD at FGB :)
