  1. Claire - 15:28. It was HOT outside. Had to really take is slow because of the heat. All of the sprints were jogs.. Did 20' box squats for the thrusters with 50# because the Dr has me restricted from squatting below parallel right now. 20' box for the box jumps.
    BTW- Pretty epic photo on this blog post... :)

    HOT does not even describe todays heat!!! Definitely took it slower because of the sun....

    One of the hardest WODs I've ever done. Probably becaouse of the heat. Really struggled with the warm up and then the WOD. May have taken me a long time, but I completed it... :-)

  4. Perfect WOD for inside with AC!!!!!!
    8:14 scaled 115 thruster & treadmill running at 12 mph. Treadmill held me accountable big time!!! I jog too much on running wods! 135lb thruster crushed me today. (did 155 squat c&j yesterday) touch n go box jumps felt awesome!!!
