Tabata Double-under
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.

    Not the best at double unders so i'm happy with this score...the warmup today was killer too since I haven't run in a while, but it was a good one!!!

  4. carmi - 10/131 Was trying to keep my reps up in the teens but during the 2nd round i was getting all caught up in the rope! :p and btw...oldroyd is SO hot! ;)

  5. This was a really fun one except that my calves were KILLING me for the next few days. Kept my rounds pretty high until the end when I had one blow out round. Anyway, was still really happy with the score overall.
