Ken - 14:07 (90 lbs, singles) Thanks for making me go up in weight Jack. This one was a challenge but rewarding. I may not have doubles yet, but my singles are getting faster! One WOD, and my new rope looks well worn.
11:26 (155) HSPU were frustrating. Got eight then kept falling off wall & missing on just getting up. Note to self. Spend more time upside down. Achilles feels fine. Shoulder to OH felt heavy. Sets of five. Cigarette burns on right forearm w/ high elbows. Hmmm. Wonder how influenced I was by Jack doing fives? What if I did 5 sets of 6 instead of 6 sets of five. Need to be strategic & aggressive on the fly when dropping the bar & picking it up has no credit! (Mental toughness). Deads were cake. Unbroken. Time for a few dbl unders I think.
