17:26 Rx'd great WOD! Calves on fire. Jog, jog, jog but cardio didn't have that much more to offer anyway! Every rest was engine, not stamina. This WOD reminds me of saying "Fun without being fun"!!!

ReplyDeleteKen - 23:52 (some jumping pullups, 35lb KB, 16lb WB) this was a crazy mix. The run after the wall balls was killer. And at first I thought 75 WBs was a typo! Really tough one to push through but felt good afterwards.
ReplyDeleteHAMBURGER MEAT!!! That was what my legs felt like going into the second 450m run. This was a fun WOD, it didn't actually feel as long as I thought it would reading it on the board. Everyone did great too!!
