  1. Peanut- 95:41 This was the longest WOD I have ever done if you can even call it that...it was a good skill building WOD for the wall walks for sure!!! And definitely a hard one to do after doing WOD 12.1 for the open!

  2. BRUTAL WOD. as long as it took (93:36 i think), this was still a fun workout. this WOD had a great variation in movements/exercises. kinda nice to go longer, take my time, and definitely get a good sweat going!

  5. Ken - 104:13 "Soul crushing" is right! This was mentally and physically fatiguing. I went until I 'hit' a wall - literally and figuratively. But, as painful as it was, it's great to say I did it.
