6:46 (95lbs) fire breather! No time to rest. Pick up that bar! Faster burpees would be where I gain but that's all I had today. Happy! Engine coming back!!!
Peanut-8:41 (35lbs) As always...burpees SUCK but today was even worse with the HR factor. I really had to concentrate on lifting my hands off the ground...it's such an un-natural thing to do when doing a burpee!!
Terry 14:01 (35 lbs)Burpees...yuk...HR Burpess just doulble the yuk factor and for me tied in with OHS worst of both world. continue to struggle with shoulder flexibility. One day though I will do them with a smile but I still won't like them....lol.
Claire 11:07. Because of my gimpy hand, I did one handed power snatch with 15# dumbbell, one handed OHS with 15# db and one handed burpees (subbed down to 5 each round instead of 9). Workout was definitely HARD. Doing things one handed not only made my right arm VERY sore and tired, but I was using so many muscles that I never use in my regular training. Glad I got through it!

ReplyDeleteKen - 14:58 (45lbs). PR for OHS in a WOD. Maybe not the WOD to choose for that pushed through the sweat and those painful HR Burpees to get it done.
ReplyDeleteAw, this looks so fun. I miss my weights. *sad face*
