J-Bear 4rds+6. Good WOD. I was stoked I snatched my first 2 reps in the first round, PR for me for snatch. Sucked at ring dips, the rings kept digging into my forearm. Tried repeats for the first time on the box jump and it was so much quicker then stepping down. Also am much quicker with my ground to overhead moment at 135, so I'm itching to try Grace again.

ReplyDeleteNadyne - 4rds+1. (50 lbs; male HR pushups; Blue box jumps 1 rd; small tire steps ups 3 rds). Good WOD. Very busy group today!
