  2. Aneemal Style - 11:00 Rx'd. Good speed-racer workout. Wanna go fast, but gotta make sure I don't sacrifice form. It's really easy to let form go down the drain when it's just body weight like this cuz you really wanna haul a$$.

  3. Jack- 12:26 Rx'd. Stoked I still had doubles a few days after another heavy DU workout, usually they go away. Gas tank still horrible but its okay. Happy I got all my pull ups unbroken.
