Terry 9:20 (45 lbs split squat, 20 lb WB, singles)...This is always a tough Wod combo for me...but getting better!!!

ReplyDeleteOH squats with weights is hard for me. Need to work on my flexibility with this combination.
J-Bear 9:18 Rx'd. Definitely a lung burner. Overhead squats are improving. Once I have my Oly Lifters it will help even more. This WOD was a tough one after having the snatch clinic and the open WOD the day before.
