As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes
5 Handstand push-ups
10 Walking lunges

  1. J-Bear 12 rounds. Was able to the first round Rx with a kipping HSPU. Then switched to the pike position. Still sick so had no lungs on this WOD. I was hurting by the end. Still a good one though would love to do this one again when healthier and stronger on my HSPU's.
