JBear- 5 rds + 1 Bear and got to thru the back squat on the 2nd bear 105lbs. Tough WOD, the Bear is no joke and we just got a sample of it today. Definitely be interesting doing the full 7. Quads were still super sore from yesterday, the active rest will be nice tomorrow.
Nadyne - 6 rds, plus front squat first Bear (37 lbs); full pushups (yippee!); tried real hard on squat depth.

ReplyDeletecarmi - 4 rds. + 6 push ups. 115 lb. bear. was hoping to get 5 rds but that freaking bear mauled me! :p still a great WOD!
