    NO MORE DOUBLE UNDERS!!!!! I really have a hard time stringing together double under so today's WOD was my nemesis!! Got through it...not fast by any means, but did it.

    I did a combination of doubles and singles. I can't seem to get even 2 doubles in a row yet, so I have 2-4 single jumps in between my doubles. It was too hard to keep track of exactly how many of each jump I did. When I did doubles I didn't even count the singles in between. This workout was hard.. I wasn't feeling well either so that made it extra hard. Hopefully this practice will help my doubles in the future :) THANKS FGB <3
