2 minute calf stretch each calf

7 minute AMRAP of:

7 Power Snatches (95lbs/65lbs)
15 HR Pushups
30 Double-Unders

    After doing "Randy" yesterday my body was wrecked. Today was hard. Was happy it was a short one, and still got in a good workout!

    Hang first round working on catapult, then went to ground. Dbl unders gone from previous dbl under WOD. Linked 20 once, mostly 3-5 reps at a time. Oh well.
