  3. Ricardo- 4:42 Rx went camping, more rest than class so I smoked the Deadlifts but still lit me up! Treadmill run @ 12.5mph was hard!!! Held on at end so I didn't eat it. Enough to say not Rxd. Sprinting+deads=HAMSTRINGS!!!!
