Jack did the open WOD yesterday so i had my chance at it today. I knew this one was going to be hard for me. The deadlift weight for women was 100lbs, which isn't considered to be heavy, but for me, this was my max deadlift about 4 months ago and extremely close to my bodyweight. However, that wasn't even the hard part for me. It was those damn hand release pushups!!!!! I suck at pushups to begin with so then you add in this hand release stuff and i'm even worse!
