Animal Style: L-sit - 21 sec, 32 sec / C2B - 67lbs / HS - 3 sec, HS heels against wall - 39 sec. / Med Ball toss - 20' 4.5" / 1 full pistol on each leg just body weight
A couple P.R.'s today: 67lb pull up, and full pistols!! I did a lot of attempts at straight handstand balancing, because we haven't really done handstand walks and didn't want to with you guys out. It was very difficult and I would like to try some walks with a spotter because I feel like the movement has a lot to do with helping you balance. It was fun to see a lot of these pulled straight from the skills section of the games. Watching them do it at the games is one thing, but you don't really understand how hard a lot of this is until you try it. Even more respect for those competitors (if that's possible.)
Hahahaha thanks guys!
