Jack- Holy cow!!! I did the WOD today with a 30lb Rage Ball (blog posted soon on this) and it was tough! Nearly 20 minutes!!!! Well I just do what I can do and that's it. There was a Crossfitter that did sub 6 minutes with a 30lb D-ball!!! There is a lesson in this, everybody starts somewhere. Compete with yourself and don't down yourself for your times. Instead just plug away and know that every workout that you put in you are bettering yourself!!! Sean been doing a awesome job! Keep it up bro!!!
