Ken- 10:12 (155lbs, jumping) enjoyed doing deadlifts and with a weight that I haven't used for that many reps before. A good challenge. Didn't even have 1 good pull up today. Proably Hitting them too hard this week. Even jumping was tough, but a good WOD to go a little heavy and move at the same time. Two thumbs up!
Claire - 12:38 (135#, jumping) I liked bumping up the weight for today's DLs. Good to know I can do these in a wod now. Still working on my pull ups, but definitely getting better! :)
Nadyne - 11:38 (135 lbs., jumping/rings) Great WOD today! It was hard doing the second set of deadlifts after you do the pullups, but everyone did a great job!
