ReplyDeleteIt was really nice having coach Josh come in today. He was very knowledgeable and very patient and helpful while coaching. It was amazing how quiet the gym was today!! Definitely a bit of intimidation factor I think. Really liked the WOD. I think I need more work on my weightlifting so today was really they perfect class for me. I kept trying to force myself to walk back up to the bar and hit a few more reps even before I felt recovered enough to do them. I think the heat really played a huge factor today though, it was just relentless!!

ReplyDeleteThanks coach Josh for coming by today. That was a good, hard WOD with a fun rep scheme. Something different. It was nice to get another coaches perspectives and learn some good new cues for the class...it was fun to see how the class reacted to a new coach as well. The all seem to be Very Quiet! Thanks again coach!
