Nadyne has only been doing Crossfit for a few months and is now blazing through her WOD's and has already lost 16lbs! She has made a huge commitment to getting back in shape and trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. She has been coming to the gym regularly and has changed her whole diet. We are so proud of her!!
Since Nadyne has started, she has done all of her pushups rx'd from her knees. She has made so much improvement since she began that Jack decided it was time for her to try some non-rx'd pushups. She did great!!
