Jack- WOW!!! This WOD was hard!!! My first time ever climbing a rope so why did I go so hard? Well Crossfit is about the unknown and the unknowable so I went for it. My technique has a lot of room for improvement so I am very excited. On a side note Chris Spealler finished this WOD in 4:47!!! Holy SHINKIES Batman!!!!!!!!! Think thats impossible?
