Monday's are always a quiet day at the gym...the everyday crew is off on mondays so we get the select few that join us for a WOD. Today was a modified version of a WOD that the rest of the crew has done before. The rx'd version is a 15 min. amrap of 250m row, 25 pushups. We modified the WOD to look like this...
