Day #3 for jack...8:30am-4:30am and my time to relax! Today was the last day of school for the week, a good weekend ahead of me, and to put the icing on the cake, I had the day off from working out today! But the rest of the crew wasn't so lucky.
The WOD for today was:
10 Burpees
10 Box Jumps (20")
5 rounds for time
Sounds simple enough right? Wrong...Burpees suck and box jumps when you're tired aren't much better!!
When Josh does burpees, he makes them look so easy with his good form, but I know better so don't let him fool you! |
These were Jamie's first box jumps and they were no problem for her...look how high she is! |
This was Nadyne's first time doing box jumps and she was extremely nervous about these but once she got a rhythm going, she did great! |
And we can't forget about Nao. She did a different WOD today, which was just as hard.
50 Burpees for time- 10:18. Good Job!
