The kids practicing their jump rope skills

WOD:
21-18-15-12 reps for time
Dumbbell Thrusters(35 lbs)
Kettlebell Swings (53 lbs)

This WOD came from Crossfit Admundson and it can be a killer with some heavy weights.

First up was Josh, Nao, and Halie


By the way, Halie did the exact same workout as the adults and make sure you all look at how fast she did it!!!


Then came Nadyne and Terry




Next was Jamie and FloJo





Last up for the night was Danyelle
