Because of my gimpy hand, I did one handed power snatch with 15# dumbbell, one handed OHS with 15# db and one handed burpees (subbed down to 5 each round instead of 9). Workout was definitely HARD. Doing things one handed not only made my right arm VERY sore and tired, but I was using so many muscles that I never use in my regular training.
